Goal!!!.......
Having been set a deadline to submit 3 posts I calculate that the average goal is made up of two uprights and one crossbar ... as such thats 3 posts!
My part of the deal over I am off to complete a stockcheck for the benefit of the IR - deep joy on my only day off this week.
So spell cancelled? I am now free to blog at my will.
Song title No 2 from the set ..."Non Stop Dancing" -The Jam.
If someone would like to set up a podcast you could play these songs to hear how great they are.
The opening gig as mentioned in a previous post will be at The Hampshire Rose public house, Widley, near Portsmouth.
Our singer has been frantically practising saying "Thank you Widley, you`ve been great!" - doesn`t sound as inpressive as Wembley but it made us chuckle!

Podcasting?
I think that maybe walking comes after toddling silentpee ;)
Are we having a blogmeet at your first gig then?
And we still need one more post... Witches don't do deals ;)
"Told you!"
"Trader returns," "Imitation is," and "Goal" is 3 in my book, and that doesn`t include "B*ll*cks" which is more in one week than I`ve blogged in my whole bloglife to date!
YOU are a hard witch, witchy!
I don`t know what you`re blogmeets constitute of but this will include drinking, live rock `n` roll and nervous virgin musicians, so if you`re into any of that then consider this an invite!
Well I was getting fed up with Mr.D getting all techie on me and I am a Neanderthal in this arena, so I thought I would suggest "SOMEONE" do the podcast thing, not me! - as you all seem to be proficient in this field and I am sure a mutual blogger friend has recently started doing such a thing?
Does this comment constitute a post?
(Everyone haggles with me, why shouldn`t witches indulge in a bit of bartering!)
No, that was a comment silentpee ;)
Look, as a special treat, I'll tell you how to do clickable links.
(for [ read < and for ] read > - I can't put the witches' hat symbol in as it will just disappear as it will be 'read' as an instruction to the computer)
If you want to create a link to me, for instance, you simply type [a href="http://blue-witch.co.uk/"]Blue Witch[/a] into the appropriate part of your post.
If you want to make the link open in a new window, you add an extra bit, so it looks like: [a target="_blank" href="http://blue-witch.co.uk/"]Blue Witch[/a].
You find the bit - URL/web address - to put inside ""s in the first set of pointy hats by copying whatever appears in your browsesr bar when you load the page you want to link to. The bit that you put between the first set of pointy hats and the [/a] is whatever words you want to appear on the screen for people to click on.
If you want to quickly find the URL of a particular blog post you want to link to, right click on (in most cases) the time posted, and click 'copy shortcut', then paste that in (ie the URL of your post is - http://mouthfulofcobwebs.blogspot.com/2005/08/goal.html - to make that into a clickable link with the words to click on being 'Silent Pee says', you'd put in the following code:
In his post today, [a target="_blank" href="http://mouthfulofcobwebs.blogspot.com/2005/08/goal.html"]Silent Pee says[/a] that...
(again uses witchy sideways pointy hats rather than []s)
And if you resurrect the nicely colour-coded instructional e-mail I sent you last century, you wouldn't even need to do pointy-hat conversions.
